💡 What You’ll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Identify basic system issues and educate homeowners on solutions
• Present repair and upgrade options (earn commission 💰)
• Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
• Work alongside experienced Service Technicians to grow your skills

🔧 What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Service Titan experience preferred
• 1–2 years of HVAC field experience
• Ownership of your own hand tools
• EPA Certification (or working toward it)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Desire to grow into a Service Technician role quickly
