Top-tier commission structure — earn $95,000–$150,000+ per year
Tuesday–Saturday schedule with 20% commission!
Consistent workload year-round — no slow season stress

Texas Journeyman License (Required)
2+ years of residential service experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (5+ years)
Strong customer service and communication skills
