Job Summary:
The IT & Tech Support I provides provisioning/deprovisioning of iOS and Windows devices, routine maintenance, and end-user support. The role includes asset tracking, SSO/MFA support, Intune database maintenance, and ServiceNow ticketing. Ideal for both experienced IT professionals looking for flexibility and recent graduates eager to expand their skills.
Compensation: $26–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (part-time candidates should have 2-4+ years of experience)

Serve as the primary contact for IT issues across technicians and office employees.
Provide provisioning, installs, configurations, and troubleshooting for Windows and iOS devices.
Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow with professionalism and urgency.
Support Microsoft Intune administration and mobile device management.
Assist with IT support training materials and documentation.
Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
2-4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
Experience with SSO and Mobile Device Management required.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Kaseya, etc.) required.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience with Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.
