Director of Sales & Installation – Lead With Impact at Berkeys

Location: Southlake, TX

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Installation to drive revenue growth, oversee sales and installation operations, and ensure financial performance — while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals

  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales and installation teams

  • Oversee P&L responsibilities, pricing strategies, and job costing

  • Ensure seamless alignment between sales promises and installation delivery

  • Champion customer satisfaction, innovation, and process improvement

  • Partner with vendors and subcontractors to optimize resources and cost efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, KPIs, and benchmarking

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in residential HVAC sales and/or installation management

  • Proven success in both sales leadership and installation oversight

  • Strong background in P&L management, sales tools, and pricing models

  • Service Titan experience highly preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Required: EPA License and TDLR License

  • Strongly Preferred: Class B HVAC Contractor’s License, NATE certification

  • Service Titan experience preferred
