Collect, track, and analyze call center data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the Call Center Manager with coaching, training, and conflict resolution.
Supervise Customer Service Representatives and promote employee engagement.
Help create and document SOPs, training materials, and best practices.
Monitor call volume, abandoned call rates, and service levels daily.
Ensure accuracy of customer account information and support one-call resolution.
Conduct call reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of call center experience (preferred).
Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
