What We’re Looking For

Experience in plumbing service, repair, or operations (leadership experience strongly preferred)3-5 years.
Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
Knowledge of fleet dispatch, logistics, and service software (ServiceTitan a plus).
Comfortable working in both the office and field as needed (including climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in attics when required).
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and grow a team of plumbing technicians.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, work assignments, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and TSBPE regulations.
Manage budgets, job costs, materials, and subcontractor charges.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct inspections, verify repair quality, and provide technical expertise.
Participate in hiring, training, and career development for your team.

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years leadership experience
Service Titan experience highly preferred
An in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems
Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
Experience and knowledge of Plumbing and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
Have an understanding of general Plumbing design with have an overall general knowledge of Plumbing material costs
Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
