Position: HVAC Senior QC Technician – Residential HVAC
Compensation: $65K–$95K+ / year with hourly plus commission!

What Wil I Do?
Provide advanced diagnostics and expert-level service for HVAC issues
Communicate effectively with customers and peers
Educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options
Support and coach junior techs in the field
Ensure repairs are code-compliant and completed to the highest standards
Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
Maintain accurate records, clean vehicle, and a professional appearance
Do I Have What It Takes?
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal certification & TDLR registration required
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in attics, and withstand outdoor elements
Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills
Proven experience with HVAC repair, install, and service tools
Positive attitude and willingness to mentor others
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
